Lugoff is a small census-designated place in Kershaw County, South Carolina, United States. The population is nearly 7,434. It is part of the Columbia, South Carolina Metropolitan Statistical Area.

More people are heading into this town than are headed out. This town is where people can put in at the boat landing and head up or down the river. The scenery is excellent, along with the fishing. Lugoff also has various businesses that offer the best services and products. We are very thankful to be able to live in such a wonderful Christian Community. Thank God also for our Great Nation, where Veterans fought so we can enjoy the freedom we now have!
